We provide comprehensive funnel design services, including but not limited to strategy, copywriting, integration with third-party tools, and post-launch support.
The exact scope of work will be outlined in a project agreement based on your specific needs.
Third-party tools used may vary from project to project and could include platforms such as GoHighLevel, Zapier, MailerLite, ClickFunnels, Leadpages, or others as required.
For more information about how we handle client data, please refer to our Privacy Policy
For projects under £10,000, full payment is required upfront.
For projects over £10,000, a 50% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining 50% due before launch.
Our standard hourly rate for additional work or revisions beyond the agreed scope is £200.
Payments are non-refundable once work has begun, except as outlined in the Cancellations and Kill Fee section below.
We include up to 3 rounds of revisions per project stage to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
Additional revisions beyond this limit may incur extra charges at our standard hourly rate.
Significant changes to the scope of work after approval will require a new agreement and may result in additional costs.
We provide 30 days of post-launch support to address any technical issues or minor adjustments related to the funnel.
This does not include new features, major redesigns, or unrelated services.
Requests will be addressed within 72 business hours (3 business days).
In the event of project cancellation by the client after work has begun, a kill fee of 25% of the total project cost will be retained to compensate for work completed and resources allocated.
If more than 50% of the project is complete, the full 50% deposit (or equivalent) will be retained.
Any changes to the scope of work must be submitted in writing and approved by both parties.
Significant changes may result in additional fees and timeline adjustments.
If the client cancels or alters the project after work has begun, we reserve the right to invoice for the work completed up to that point.
All designs and materials remain the intellectual property of Morningside Digital Solutions until full payment is received.
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client.
